Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, color preferences, or changes of mind.

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and color selections carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shipwreckcargo1@gmail.com, including your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs if possible.

We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

All products are made to order, and production begins automatically once an order is placed.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after submission, except as required by applicable law.
